Buying property in Spain
Most people who get into trouble with a Spanish property purchase didn't do anything wrong. They just didn't know what to look for — and neither did whoever was supposed to be advising them.
Before you sign anything, we review the full legal and urban status of the property. That means:
- Extensions built without planning permission
- Debts or charges registered against the property that the seller hasn't mentioned
- Registry entries that affect ownership or would complicate a future sale
- Constructions that appear on site but don't exist on paper — a problem that surfaces at the worst possible moment
Once you're satisfied, we handle your NIE, the arras contract, notary representation, tax settlement and utility transfers. You don't need to be in Spain for any of it if you'd rather not be.
