Sol-4 Gestión was founded in 2001 on the Costa Blanca, in Alicante province, by A. Vicente Sáez and Mar Bascuñana. From the beginning, the firm focused on something specific: helping foreign buyers and property owners navigate the Spanish legal and tax system correctly, completely and in a language they understood.
Over 25 years, that focus has remained the same. We have been in practically the same location for 25 years. We started at Calle Aneto, 2 and today we are right next door, at Calle Aneto, 1, in Benijófar.
