For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), users are hereby informed of the existence of an automated processing of personal data created by SOL-4 GESTION INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING, S.L., and under its responsibility, involving the personal data you may provide to us while browsing our website, whether through the contact forms or when sending us an email.
The purpose for which your data is processed is the one described in each of the forms on the website through which you provide us with your data.
The implementation of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), when you ask us for information or a quote through the website; and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), for analytics cookies and, where applicable, for sending commercial communications.
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with your request, unless you tell us otherwise by exercising your right to erasure, or for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and to address any liabilities that may arise from fulfilling the purpose for which the data was collected. Where necessary, SOL-4 GESTION INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING, S.L. will delete or rectify any data that is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary for its purpose, in accordance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data.
The data you provide will not be disclosed to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so. The service providers that process data on our behalf are listed under "Recipients and international transfers". SOL-4 GESTION INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING, S.L. will not create any kind of "profile" on the basis of the information provided. No automated decisions will be taken on the basis of profiles.
In accordance with Article 21 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we will ask for your consent before sending you any commercial communications that we consider may be of interest to you by email or by any equivalent means of electronic communication.
You have the right to object to and/or withdraw your consent to the processing of the data indicated above, where applicable, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, by notifying the data controller at the address(es) indicated.
To provide its services, SOL-4 GESTION INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING, S.L. uses service providers that access personal data as data processors and with which it has signed the corresponding agreements:
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In such cases, transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
SOL-4 GESTION INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING, S.L. adopts technical, physical, organisational and technological controls and procedures that are reasonably reliable and effective, aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your data and guaranteeing your privacy. However, it accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising from alterations that third parties may cause to the user's computer systems, electronic documents or files.
In addition, all staff with access to personal data have been trained and are aware of their obligations in relation to the processing of personal data.
In the contracts we enter into with our suppliers, we include clauses requiring them to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal data to which they have had access in the course of the services commissioned, and to implement the technical and organisational security measures necessary to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the personal data processing systems and services.
All these security measures are reviewed periodically to ensure that they remain appropriate and effective.
Nevertheless, absolute security cannot be guaranteed and no security system is impenetrable. Therefore, should any information processed and under our control be compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take appropriate measures to investigate the incident and notify it to the Supervisory Authority and, where applicable, to any users who may have been affected so that they can take appropriate action.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making in relation to the data processed, by contacting the data controller at the address given above or by email at info@sol-4gestion.com, enclosing a copy of their national identity document (DNI) or an equivalent identification document or any other valid form of unequivocal identification, or by contacting the Data Protection Officer directly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of exercising your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection Supervisory Authority, namely the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), whose contact details are available at https://sedeagpd.gob.es/sede-electronica-web/vistas/formNuevaReclamacion/reclamacion.jsf.
